Erik Anderson
WestRiver Capital, Director

Erik Anderson is President of WestRiver Capital, a private investment company located in Kirkland, Washington. Prior to WestRiver, Mr. Anderson’s has served as chief executive officer for Matthew G. Norton, Co., a private investment company, and Trillium Corporation, and has served tenures as both a partner at the private equity firm of Frazier & Company, LP, and as a vice president of Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Mr. Anderson also serves on the board of Avista Corporation, and The Overlake School, and is on the advisory boards for Northwest Venture Partners and Northwest Capital Partners II. He is founder of America’s Foundation for Chess.

Scott Oki
OKI Developments, Inc., Director

Scott Oki is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Oki Developments, Inc., an investment company located in Bellevue, Washington.

Mr. Oki retired after 10 years with Microsoft Corporation where he founded the International Division and was Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales, Marketing and Services. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Oki was co-founder and Vice President of a high technology startup company.

Mr. Oki serves on dozens of advisory boards and boards of directors for both for-profit and not-for-profit companies. He is a past-President of the Board of Regents for the University of Washington. Mr. Oki also serves on numerous national boards such as United Way of America.

Chuck DelGrande
Presidio Merchant Partners, Managing Director

Chuck DelGrande joined Presidio in 2003 as head of the firm’s newly created Real Estate sector. He is a Managing Director of the Investment Banking division at Presidio Merchant Partners LLC.  Previously, Mr. DelGrande was President and CEO of NMotion Advisors, a firm specializing in M&A and strategic advisory services to the real estate industry. Prior to founding NMotion Advisors, Mr. DelGrande was a Senior Vice President for Dimension Data, a $US2B global technology services firm.  Dimension Data acquired Proxicom, Inc in 2001, where Mr. DelGrande had previously started the e-business consulting firm’s Midwest office as well as its global Strategy Consulting practice, and was a member of the Office of the President. Prior to joining Proxicom in 1998, Mr. DelGrande had over 15 years of venturing, investment, business development, marketing and technology experience at Chicago Tribune, Tribune Company and related media company joint ventures. He co-led Tribune’s investment in nascent AOL in 1991, returning US$1.5B and launching the firm’s successful transition into digital media. 

He currently serves on the advisory boards of three digital media companies. Mr. DelGrande graduated from The University of Notre Dame and holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he gave the class’ commencement address.

Ken Schroeder, Strategic Advisor

Ken Schroeder is a seasoned executive with proven success identifying, building and leading high technology organizations. Schroeder has more than 20 years of experience, serving in executive roles as CEO, President, and GM at a number of venture-funded companies in the enterprise infrastructure, software and services sectors. He has also provided business management consulting and executive coaching services to a number of startups. As President and CEO of Resonate, Inc., an internet infrastructure company, Ken led the company from startup to very successful public offering in 2001. As interim CEO at Crosslogix, Inc., a security software firm, he led the sale of the company to BEA Systems. Ken's experience includes senior management roles in a number of public companies, including Lotus and General Electric. Ken holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a B.E.E. from City College of New York

Bob Bozeman, Strategic Advisor

Bob has invested (as a General Partner in Angel Investors, LP) in a range of search companies - their first liquidity event was with Ask Jeeves and their last was with Google. Bob has a deep operating background in IT, R&D, Marketing, and as CEO in high technology businesses. He has been involved in about 30 M&A events and serves on the Board of Directors or Advisors to AkiiRa, digitalML, Unify and Vortex.
